Setup
$2k – $10k
One-time build of the workflows, integrations, and operator handoff. Priced after the discovery call against a one-page scope.
Most installs land between $4k and $7k. Outliers (multi-location operations or heavy integrations) stretch the upper bound.
Monthly maintenance
$500 – $3k / m
Hosting, monitoring, monthly tune-ups, and the small change requests that turn up after the team starts using the workflow in anger.
Billed monthly, pause anytime. The first ninety days are bundled into setup; after that we invoice against an agreed change-bundle.
